• When working with clients, we sometimes struggle to find solutions. We may be focusing on the wrong topic or question and therefore not find a strategy that works.
  • Your peers can help you determine if it is the client or you who should change, or that you should focus on circumstances or practical solutions.
  • If the challenge is discussed in a structured, methodical way with peers (not teachers or mentors), you are practicing intervision. It will change the way you look at client challenges forever.

As a result of this class, the student will be able to:

  • Understand the concept of Intervision
  • Understand the group dynamics of Intervision
  • Form a group of peers, based on region , subject, interest or specialization, to regularly discuss client challenges
  • Gain insight in his of her own behavior or line of thinking to effectively and positively turn the challenge around
  • Learn how to support peers in their client challenges and learn from taking different roles in an Intervision session
