This class is designed for those that have taken a "Hoarding 101" class and understand the clinical definition and basics of hoarding behavior. You will learn how to establish trust with, and create and reinforce internal motivation for, the client who lives in a hoarded home. You’ll learn how to determine whether a client has lower levels of hoarding behavior (i.e., no clinical diagnosis, but possibly displaying hoarding behaviors). And you’ll learn the tools and different approaches to use with the various hoarding levels and with the client’s motivations for implementing change.
