Sue West, BA, MBA, CPO-CD®, Master Trainer, COC
Sue West’s clients have called her insightful, encouraging, knowledgeable, said she meets
them where they are at any given moment and help with facing and accepting ADHD.
For the past 14 years, Sue has focused her practice on adults with ADHD and other
reasons organization is a chronic struggle; self-employed/work at home individuals and
adults in transition. As a professional organizer and as a coach, Sue integrated both sets of
skills into her client work. In the past few years, her business has turned wholly to coaching
through the organizing and productivity lens.
Sue finished her 2-year term in June 2018 as President of ICD. She remains on the Board
for advisory and mentoring purposes until 2019 and also chairs the Nominating Committee.
She is in the NAPO Coaching SIG and Golden Circle and is a past NAPO chapter
president. She is a member of ADDA and the ADHD Coaches Organization.

Sue has presented at the ADHD Virtual Expo, was honored to be an ADHD presenter at JALO, and was a co-
presenter at CHADD’s international conference, with her colleague Andrea Sharb.
Prior to this career, Sue had an 18-year career in high tech and direct marketing. She has
an MBA, Marketing from Babson College; and a BA, in French Studies, from Smith College.
