Students will learn the difference between hoarding tendencies and hoarding diagnosis and how even hoarding tendencies cause problems in family relationships. Family members often experience anger, resentment, contempt, and sadness regarding their home and may feel unloved, hopeless and controlled when interacting with their family
member with hoarding tendencies. This class will cultivate compassion for both the person with hoarding tendencies and for each member of the family.
